If you've always wanted to ski Tuckerman Ravine, and want to learn from the pros how to do it, then this is the course for you.

•  Learn about avalanche hazard and practice avalanche rescue skills

•  Learn about uphill ski technique with skins and Alpine Touring or Telemark skis.

•  Learn basic mountaineering skills that will allow you to climb steep slopes more safely and efficiently

•  Learn strategies for skiing steep slopes and un-groomed snow.

•  What runs we are able to ski depends on group ability and snow and weather conditions.

Prerequisites: We can accommodate skiers from intermediate up, but to be able to ski the steepest slopes, you should be comfortable linking turns on all ungroomed expert slopes.

We Provide: Avalanche rescue gear, crampons, and ice axe, Telemark equipment is available at no extra cost.If you need Alpine Touring equipment you can rent it at our store please call ahead at 603 356 5433.

Rate for group dates: $140 per person. Minimum enrollment required.
